1. Product Introduction

F250 is a low viscosity fluorine release agent designed for organosilicon pressure sensitive adhesives that require high residual adhesion, and can also be used for pressure sensitive adhesives that are difficult to handle with traditional silicone oil. F-100 crosslinking agent is a special silicone oil crosslinking agent with a wide range of additives, which can effectively balance the two indicators of aging release force and residual adhesion.

4. Usage process and precautions

4.1 Use ratio

F-250: crosslinking agent F-100: catalyst: solvent=100: (1.2-2): (0.5-1.5): 1000. (1) Please adjust the amount of crosslinking agent according to the actual situation; 2. The recommended solvent for the first trial is MIBK: heptane=1:1, and it is not recommended to use a separate solvent, which is easy to produce gel spots or shrinkage pores when using the machine; 3 Properly adding fluorinated solvents, such as HFE 7200 and HFE 7100, can effectively reduce aging release force and improve appearance; 4. Adding tackifiers appropriately can effectively improve the adhesion of the coating

4.2 Process used

Mix F-250 and solvent evenly, add crosslinking agent F-100, and stir for 5-10 minutes; Add platinum catalyst and stir for 5-10 minutes; Add adhesion additives and stir for 5-10 minutes. Recommended temperature and time: 130-180 ℃ (135 ℃: 120s; 160 ℃: 60s)
